A cast aluminum bike rack frame anchors into a continuous concrete footing measuring two feet wide by six inches deep. One-inch mortar pavers set over the footing surround the base, while surrounding pavers are laid per plan. Anchor bolts secure the frame through the mortar layer directly into the concrete foundation. The plan view dictates the layout spacing with dimensions of two feet six inches and three feet between rack centerlines.
