The subgrade is compacted to ninety-five percent dry density and lined with geotextile fabric to support the drainage system. A perforated flat pipe is placed directly on the fabric-lined subgrade with a snap cap fitted on the end, pitched to slope according to the civil plans. Permeable field aggregate fills the trench and base layer up to a variable depth specified on the plans, capped by synthetic turf. The perforated pipe layout and sizing are determined per the site drainage plan.
