A four-inch concrete paving slab features a light sandblast finish and a chocolate color by LM Scofield, reinforced with six by six welded wire mesh centered in the slab. The slab rests on a six-inch Caltrans Class 2 aggregate base compacted to ninety-five percent relative compaction over a similarly compacted subgrade. A thickened edge measuring eight inches deep is detailed at the perimeter. A quarter-inch tooled scored joint is provided with a half-inch depth and quarter-inch width at the top surface.
