The assembly features a rotomolded plastic bin that tilts in either direction for emptying, secured to a metal frame with a lock, latch for bin release, and a metal diverter with an 11-1/2-inch by 16-1/2-inch opening bolted to the frame. The unit is surface mounted to a concrete substrate using two 21/32-inch diameter anchor holes with non-corrosive 3/8-inch anchoring hardware supplied by others. A set screw is provided for the cover plate at the base. The total height of the unit is 3'-2" with specific vertical clearance and opening dimensions.
