Polyvinyl chloride supply lateral pipes connect to dripline configurations for varying planting densities. A grid layout serves dense and formal planting, a group loop serves cluster planting, and a single ring serves sparse planting. One-half inch blank tubing connects supply laterals to dripline rings surrounding shrub and tree root balls. Each zone requires an air relief valve at the high point and an automatic flush valve at the point most distant from the valve. No single length of dripline shall exceed three hundred feet; polyvinyl chloride headers are required on both ends if there are more than two full-length runs.
