A multi-tiered terrace is constructed over a concrete structural slab and retaining wall assembly. The stepped planters feature brick paving surfaces supported by concrete curbs with variable riser heights of ten inches and variable tread widths. Drainage is provided through one-inch weep holes spaced at two feet on center along the base of the concrete wall. Soil-on-structure conditions interface with the back of the retaining wall per grading plans.
