Decorative boulders rest upon a six-inch compacted crushed aggregate base set over compacted subgrade. A weed barrier fabric underlies the aggregate base and turns up one inch at the edges beneath the paving per plan. The boulders have a maximum height of twenty-four inches with varying widths referenced on plan.
