A light pole is anchored to a poured-in-place concrete footing using four three-quarter-inch by two-foot embed anchor bolts and a base plate cover. The twenty-four-inch diameter pier footing contains number four hoops at twelve inches on center typically, with number four spiral ties at twelve inches pitch permitted as an alternative. A PVC branch conduit enters the footing for electrical supply. A two-foot pilaster above grade is required specifically at vehicular lighting conditions. Adjacent surfaces feature a concrete paver system where applicable or standard planting areas.
