An irrigation valve assembly is housed within a National Diversified Sales Pro standard valve box set one inch above finish grade over masonry unit supports at the corners. The assembly features two valves per vault connected to a schedule 40 PVC mainline and lateral pipes, complete with a remote control valve, plastic isolation ball valve matched in size to the control valve, and dry splice connectors with an eighteen inch expansion loop of excess wire. The vault rests on a minimum three inch depth of pea gravel and extends at least six inches below the valve. Per the notes, the valve box must not rest on the pipes, soil around the box must be compacted to match undisturbed adjacent soil, and control wires and spares are taped to the bottom of the mainline.
