The assembly consists of a brushed aluminum faceplate with black lettering reading caution non potable water do not drink, measuring three and one-quarter inches wide by one and one-quarter inches high. The faceplate attaches to a molded black plastic sign and mounting bracket secured by stainless steel pan head screws.
