A precast concrete sitting stone measures thirty-six inches long by twenty-five inches wide in plan, with a nominal height of approximately three quarters of an inch. The assembly sits on a concrete substrate, secured by adhesive beads applied per manufacturer recommendations beneath the base flanges. The base footprint spans twenty-eight inches total, leaving sixteen inches of clear space between the four-inch adhesive contact zones and six-inch outer margins. Installation notes require that no adhesive remain visible from the outside edge and that stones are set to prevent any rocking or movement.
