A twelve-gauge steel galvanized kickplate is mounted flush with the bottom of the tubular steel rail frame and welded to the frame top and bottom. Tubular steel fence pickets extend upward from the upper rail frame, while a tubular steel bottom rail frame sits above finished grade with a maximum clearance of three inches. A tubular steel gate post is visible beyond the assembly, and the overall kickplate height measures ten inches.
