A synthetic turf surfacing profile consists of a Spectrapour top layer applied per manufacturer specifications over a Spectraturf base layer with a two percent drainage slope. The assembly rests on a permeable aggregate base of Type II stone, eight to ten inches in thickness, compacted to ninety-five percent density over a moisture-conditioned subgrade compacted to ninety percent relative compaction per the geotechnical report. A three-inch perforated drain pipe wrapped in a filter sock is embedded within a gravel-filled trench lined with filter fabric. A concrete border curb aligns with the edge of the surfacing layer.
