A poured concrete foundation pad measuring 28 inches square with an 8-inch depth is set into prepared subgrade soil. Three sweep-bend conduits enter through the bottom and rise vertically through the center mounting template, sealed at their ends with tape. The concrete surface is trowel-finished with a gradual slope away from the template to prevent water pooling at the base of the pedestal. Standard notes specify hole preparation, sweep elbow positioning per manufacturer requirements, backfilling to eight inches below finished grade, and concrete placement procedures.
