Concrete wall snap tie void patched with quick set hydraulic non-shrink cement over a cut snap tie. The snap tie is cut flush with the back of the cone void, which is then filled with quick set hydraulic non-shrink cement to match the face of the wall. All snap ties must be aligned vertically and horizontally along their centerlines, and the contractor must submit shop drawings of the layout to the landscape architect prior to construction.
