A concrete curb supports the planter assembly, anchored to the substrate with stainless steel headed anchor bolts and a waterproofing system coordinated with architectural drawings. The planter contains a drain course, filter fabric, and planting soil topped with mulch, with a 1-foot 6-inch vertical soil depth. The perimeter features a one-half-inch thick powder-coated stainless steel plate with a gusset plate and an integrated one-inch LED linear light. Adjacent to the planter, concrete unit pavers are supported on pedestals over rigid insulation.
