A metal bike rack is anchored directly into a reinforced concrete paving and footing assembly. The concrete footing is reinforced with number five reinforcing bars spaced at sixteen inches on center each way. The bike rack mount is embedded in the concrete per the manufacturer's recommendations. Concrete paving surrounds the footing with a minimum two-foot clearance maintained between objects.
