This cold-formed steel framing detail shows a single track sill assembly configured for openings with a width of less than four feet. The top track fits over the vertical wall studs, secured on each side with threaded fasteners. The wall studs extend downward from the track assembly to form the framed opening. This connection provides structural support for narrower wall configurations.
