A cast-in-place concrete curb is reinforced with two continuous number four rebars and number three ties spaced at thirty-six inches on center. The six-inch wide curb features a half-inch radius top edge and extends nine inches to one foot minimum below grade. Adjacent paving meets the curb over a six-inch compacted aggregate base and compacted subgrade, while adjacent planting abuts the opposite side at a variable depth sized per civil drawings.
