A pedestal mount controller unit rests on a concrete pad with incoming and outgoing conduits routed through the base. Grounding is provided via an eight-foot ground rod and a copper-clad ground plate completely surrounded by a minimum one-inch thickness of grounding enhancement material. The controller enclosure measures eighteen inches wide with a thirty-six-inch cabinet height mounted above a twelve-inch base. Conduits enter from underground trenches filled with compacted backfill materials.
