An on-surface dripline flush point installation connects an irrigation line to a PVC exhaust header housed within a subterranean emitter box. A PVC Schedule 40 tee or elbow connects via a barb by male fitting to half-inch polyethylene blank tubing and an XF series dripline. The emitter box rests on a minimum three-inch depth of three-quarter-inch washed gravel at finish grade beneath a mulch layer. A flush cap with easy-fit compression fittings terminates the line inside the box, allowing a minimum of six inches of dripline tubing to direct flushed water outside the enclosure.
