A sixteen by sixteen inch security junction box supplies low-voltage cabling through three-quarter inch conduit to door security devices. The card reader mounts forty-eight inches above the finished floor and eight inches from the door frame edge. Cabling includes eighteen gauge two-conductor request-to-exit wiring, sixteen gauge three-conductor lock power, and twenty-two gauge multi-conductor feeds for card readers and door contacts. Conduits route typical to the security junction box above the door opening.
