The radar level sensor mounts to a tank flange with the sensor face positioned parallel to the liquid surface. The maximum liquid level must remain outside the blocking distance of the sensor. The sensor installs off-center, allowing the radar beam to radiate through the tank material. The connecting cable of the level transmitter remains unsupported and is left unused as a suspension wire.
