This interior wall base assembly features scheduled porcelain wall tile and grout adhered over tile backer board on a scheduled partition. Additional wood blocking is provided as required behind the wall finish. A dark bronze metal base, designated as MTL-05, is adhered to a wood backing block and aligned with the finished floor elevation datum. Scheduled porcelain slab flooring extends across the concrete floor slab below.
