Resilient sheet flooring meets vinyl composition tile at a flush floor transition joint. Cementitious floor leveling material feathers up the subfloor to bring the sheet material flush with the adjacent tile thickness. A heat-welded seam is provided directly at the transition between the resilient sheet and VCT materials.
