An underground irrigation assembly connects a PVC schedule 40 tee or elbow to half-inch polyethylene blank tubing via a barb-by-male fitting housed inside a subterranean emitter box. The emitter box rests on a three-inch minimum depth of three-quarter-inch washed gravel beneath a mulch layer and finish grade. An easy fit coupling and a flush cap for compression fittings terminate the tubing run. An on-surface dripline connects to the exhaust header to complete the distribution layout.
