A one-and-a-half-inch polyvinyl chloride process line incorporates a flow meter with a local motor operator, connected in-line with upstream and downstream isolation valves and flow instrumentation. A parallel bypass line equipped with a control valve allows flow diversion during meter maintenance. A linked flow indicator transmitter operating at one hundred twenty volts connects via instrumentation signal lines.
