A one-inch polyethylene polyvinyl chloride process pipe line connects to an inline flow element and meter powered by a 120-volt flow transmitter. Isolation valves flank the meter assembly within the main run. A parallel bypass loop equipped with its own isolation valve permits flow diversion during maintenance.
