An on-surface dripline flush point assembly is housed within a subterranean emitter box resting on a minimum three-inch depth of three-quarter-inch washed gravel below finish grade. The assembly connects half-inch polyethylene blank tubing through an easy fit compression coupling and flush cap to an on-surface dripline. A barb by male fitting links the tubing to a PVC schedule forty tee or elbow on a PVC exhaust header. A minimum of six inches of dripline tubing is provided inside the valve box to direct flushed water outside the enclosure.
