Scheduled partition framing substrate with continuous tile backer board attached forms the assembly. Scheduled ceramic wall tile is installed on the lower portion with one-eighth inch typical grout joints. Scheduled porcelain wall tile is installed above with grout. A dimension point aligns the tiles at the material transition.
