A level transmitter connects to a reservoir or tank through a three-inch flange sleeve installed through the concrete wall. A three-inch plug valve isolates the transmitter assembly, while a half-inch ball valve and hose bibb provide a normally closed connection for back-flushing and maintenance. Concrete thickness and sleeve centerlines are coordinated per the structural drawings.
