An irrigation head installation connects to a PVC drip manifold pipe. The assembly features a swing joint constructed from Hunter Pro-Flex tubing and two HSBE-050 elbows, attached via a one-half-inch Marlex street elbow. An alternate installation allows the contractor to attach the unit to the polyethylene drip tubing using one-half-inch barbed insert fittings. The head is set flush relative to the mulch layer and finish grade.
