A wall partition assembly is framed with 3-5/8 inch to 6 inch metal studs and faced with 5/8 inch gypsum board on both sides. One side of the partition receives a wall tile finish aligned with the adjacent floor tile edge, terminating with a Schluter Jolly metal trim piece. The opposite side features a rubber millwork-style base with mitered outside corners and an optional end wall guard per the wall protection plan. Flooring finishes such as VCT or LVT meet the partition assembly as indicated on the finish plan.
