A cold-formed steel lintel connects to a double jamb framing member composed of fifty-four mil studs that continue unbroken past the opening. Screws are fastened to each side of the lintel to the jamb per the structural schedule, maintaining a seven-eighths-inch minimum edge distance between the screws and the end of the lintel web. The track is attached to the double jamb similarly to the blocking connection to the stud.
