A plastic pipe penetrates a concrete slab over a metal deck assembly with a minimum thickness of two and one-half inches. The assembly accommodates various pipe types up to six inches in maximum diameter, including PVC schedule 40, CPVC SDR 13.5 for closed piping systems only, ABS schedule 40, and FRPP schedule 40. Installation follows UL system F-A-2025 using Hilti FS-One Max firestop sealant and Hilti CP 643N or CP 644 firestop collars.
