The assembly features a nested trench frame with an overall base width of forty-three inches and an interior clear opening dimension of thirty-three inches. The removable grate or cover spans thirty-six and one-half inches across the top surface, dropping down two inches to rest on supporting shoulders within the frame. Vertical alignment pins spaced throughout the assembly have a typical diameter of five-eighths of an inch. The frame incorporates triangular external gussets for lateral stability and load distribution along the base flange.
