An accessible locker mounts on a 6-inch poured concrete base, with a total height of 48 inches maximum. An adjacent bench provides a minimum 42-inch floor clear space for accessibility. The bench seat height ranges from 17 to 19 inches, with a depth of 20 to 24 inches. The bench must withstand 250 pounds of force in any direction at any point and requires a non-slip surface with drainage. A backrest is not required if the bench is securely attached to the wall.
