A six-inch standard steel pipe is set seven feet long into a concrete footing and filled with concrete, topped with a rounded concrete cap and painted safety yellow. Two number four reinforcing bars are welded to the pipe with fillet welds and embedded in the footing. The footing has a one-foot-eight-inch diameter extending down below the finish grade.
