The assembly consists of a clear acrylic plastic face plate with painted background on its interior face backed by opaque white acrylic plastic, featuring radius corners. Raised characters measuring five-eighths to two inches high and Grade 2 braille are included on the face. The sign measures one foot wide by eight inches high with a thickness between one-eighth and one-quarter inch. It is mounted using four flathead countersunk screws and adhesive, positioned at a height ranging from forty-eight inches minimum to sixty inches maximum above the finished floor.
