A metal duct measuring one hundred inches by one hundred inches penetrates a rated assembly requiring specific firestopping measures. Steel retaining angles secure the penetration on both sides of the assembly. Firestop sealant is applied using Hilti FS-One Max in accordance with UL System W-L-7156. Glass fiber insulation wraps the duct assembly as specified.
