A concrete tilt-up wall section for a dumpster enclosure is supported by a concrete footing. The eight-inch concrete tilt panel features number five reinforcing bars at sixteen inches on center each way, with two number five bars at all perimeter edges and an exposed concrete finish extending six feet above the slab. The panel connects to the footing via a four by three by three-eighths by four-inch long attachment angle and a one-half by six by twelve-inch steel embed plate with two three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch long HSA anchors at five feet on center, with a minimum of two per panel. A one-half by eight by ten-inch long steel plate is positioned on each side of the panel with four three-quarter-inch diameter rods welded to each plate, sitting above one and one-half inches plus or minus of non-shrink grout. The concrete footing is reinforced with three number four longitudinal bars and number four transverse bars at twelve inches on center, supplemented by two number five bars threaded through bars. All steel plates and angles are coated with a one-eighth-inch minimum bituminous cement after erection and welding.
