A concrete tilt-up wall panel assembly features continuous insulation and interior metal stud framing. The exterior concrete panel receives R-13 continuous insulation. The interior framing consists of three and five-eighths inch metal studs spaced per schedule with five-eighths inch gypsum board finish. The metal framing track is secured using powder-actuated fasteners per structural requirements. An optional plywood layer is added between the stud and gypsum board for wall mounting in office two hundred sixteen.
