An exterior wall assembly consists of a ten-inch concrete masonry unit backup wall fully grouted as required to form a continuous air and moisture barrier. The exterior side features ten-inch rigid insulation and an exterior insulation and finish system finish. The interior side incorporates six-inch metal stud furring with R-19 batt insulation and a vapor retarder. The interior finish comprises five-eighths-inch painted gypsum board, designated for future tenant improvement.
