An overflow roof drain pipe penetrates the concrete foundation wall with a minimum slope of one-eighth inch per foot. The exterior discharge features a cow-tongue scupper fitting connected via a threaded connection with sealant applied as required. Foundation insulation and rigid insulation line the interior face of the concrete wall assembly.
