Restroom signage requires a quarter-inch thick material with eased edges and symbols that contrast with the background. Signage must include contracted braille complying with CBC 11B-703.3 and lettering complying with CBC 11B-703.2. Fasteners consist of a minimum of four recessed flush-head tamper-proof screws. Symbols are superimposed per the 2025 California Building Code.
