This waterproofing repair assembly transitions a multi-layer membrane system at a new utility trench cut through an existing concrete slab. The layered buildup rests on a subgrade and 4-inch gravel layer, beginning with an Ultrashield G-1000 protection course. A VI-20 geomembrane and 40 mil Liquid Boot membrane are sandwiched between additional layers of Ultrashield G-1000 protection course beneath the existing concrete slab. A minimum 6-inch clearance is maintained at the trench edge with variable spacing for the utility cut.
