Wall-mounted and post-mounted handrails are positioned at thirty-four to thirty-eight inches above the stair nosing with required tread extensions. Visually impaired warning striping is provided on stair treads using a contrasting, slip-resistant material. Clearances between the handrail and wall, post dimensions, and extension lengths conform to accessibility standards.
