This assembly starts at the bottom with a concrete footing supporting an exterior concrete tilt-up wall panel over a non-shrink grout connection. R-10 foundation insulation lines the interior face of the wall panel below grade. A 4-inch free draining granular base supports the interior concrete slab on grade. Exterior finish grade meets the exterior face of the wall panel, while a storefront system is anchored at the top of the wall section.
