An eight-inch standard pipe extends seven feet long and is set into a concrete foundation with a one-foot-eight-inch diameter. The interior of the pipe is filled with concrete and topped with a concrete cap. Four number four reinforcing bars are welded to the exterior of the pipe with fillet welds and extend down into the concrete foundation. The bollard is finished with paint specified by the owner and extends four feet above the finish grade.
