This exterior wall assembly consists of 3 1/2-inch cold-formed metal framing faced on both sides with 5/8-inch glass mat sheathing and an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS). A roof membrane component is integrated within the framing cross-section. The exterior finish provides weatherproofing over the glass mat sheathing substrate.
